It takes a village

As close as I can get to a direct democracy is talking to as many Paradise residents as possible to gather issues and ideas. Come hang out to share concerns about the town and approve potential solutions together. 

I invite artists of all ages to showcase their art at this event for free. I will not be accepting donations, nor will I invest anything more than the cost of my campaign statement. I cannot be bought.

While I wish I could convince the other candidates to do a tournament-style debate and let attendees poll the winner of each argument, I doubt I can sway their hesitation. Instead, I’ll allow concerns to be brought forward for discussion amongst guests and we’ll anonymously poll on each other’s recommendations. I can extend these polls online after the event as well for anyone would was unable to attend. While all Butte County residents are welcome to attend and discuss local issues, the poll votes will be reserved for Paradise residents only.
