Accountability

If elected, I’d aim to hire on the basis of safe and resilient rebuilding practices, enable infrastructure designed to reduce future risk, enforce preventative maintenance, and provide accessibility for disabled residents. 

I design through the lens of protecting the common interests of people and wildlife, preserving ecosystems where possible. 

How can townspeople hold our government accountable if the information is only provided in long format legal lingo? We need civic engagement to be mentally, physically, and fiscally accessible. The information should be delivered to residents equally via mail, instead of only opportunistically, by chance, or by residents seeking it out.
